They are called Empire of the Sun and they finally released their album called "Walking on a dream". Great psychedelic project and one of my current-favorites. Check it out and maybe you'll like it too. The video is also a nice piece of art.
EDIT: I forgot to mention they are Australian. It may be encouraging as I don't really know many Australian artists who would be that interesting. Maybe you do, but still it is good to know, I think.
